Our grapes are sourced from vineyards owned and maintained by 12 independent producers located around the world-famous wine region of Stellenbosch. It lies at the foot of the Cape Fold Mountain range, which not only provides soils favourable to viticulture, but also ideal micro-climates.This diversity of rich agricultural soils paired with the moderate, Mediterranean-style climate, creates the best conditions for top-quality grapes and award-winning wines.The Stellenbosch Hills cellar processes some 6 000 tons of grapes per year.
