Tulbagh Tulbagh is the smallest wine region in South Africa and is also well known for its scenery and fertile basin. It is here where the boutique wine farm, Lemberg Wine Estate, is nestled – surrounded by the views of the Witzenberg en Winterhoek Mountains – 120km northeast of Cape Town and 5km south of the historic Tulbagh town.
